the location was great, so central. i found it easy to get around with the metro and buses nearby. i also liked that the staff was friendly upon check in.

the room was tiny. there were no windows in my room. the air conditioning was loud.

The location was great for accessing transport and exploring the area.

The room was a letdown. The air conditioning made a lot of noise and likely needed maintenance. the shower lacked a proper barrier, so water got everywhere.

modern studio netflix tv

I appreciated the complimentary drink upon arrival. the studios was very clean and modern to me. the reception gave the feeling of entering a spa. the room provided everything i needed like slippers and a tv with netflix. It was a nice touch.

The air conditioning leaked a bit. The pantry seemed quite poor to me.

efficient check-in friendly staff comfortable room

i found the check-in process efficient. the staff was helpful and friendly . the hotel had been renovated recently. the room size was decent and the room was comfortable.

the bathroom flooded each time i showered because there was no shower barrier.

the hotel is in a central location near many kopitiams. many restaurants and bars are nearby for evening enjoyment. i found the location convenient with a short walk to the mrt and chinatown markets.
